Order Process, Returns , & Shipping
All items in stock will dispatch after 3-5 days. Pre-order or specialty items will take 2 weeks for production and 1 more week for processing until it is dispatched.
During holidays orders will take 1-2 weeks to ship after an order is made due to the holiday season.
Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only.
ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If you have provided the wrong shipping/delivery address, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
The United States Postal Service can be used to track your parcel. Lovergirl is not responsible for lost or fault of delivery of USPS. We are able to report the incidence, however we are not able to refund your product.
Returns can be done via USPS and we will provide you with Store Credit or REFUND.
There is no upfront payment required to create a return label. Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your refund or gift certificate.
- 1-2 items - $10
- 3+ items - $15
Returns are accepted if the items are returned after being received within 14 days from delivery and we are able provide you with store credit or refund.
Returns after 14 days cannot be refunded but if your return is received within 30 days from delivery we will provide store credit.
Your refund will be the through the method of your payment
It will take 7 -12 days for your return to be processed and then you will receive an email from us confirming the return process.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Discounted or Sale items
- Vintage / One of a Kind items
All products that will be returned must be:
- No Stains or Damages
- Unworn and unwashed
- - Tags must still be attached
- - Free from make up, scent of deodorant, or any form of perfumes.
IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA THE ITEM WILL WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
If an item has seemingly manufacturer faults then we will issue a full refund and return of the product.
LOVERGIRL reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
If you have received an incorrect item or an order outside of your order, an incorrect color or size, your order will be refunded or be replaced.
If you are returning an incorrect item, All items must be in the original condition and unused.
Since we have a personal and limited stocks we are unable to do exchanges in most items. If the item is instock and in the original condition with tags attached then we are able to exchange the item.
Lovergirl's stock is consistently up to date and in sync with our brick and mortar shop location in Agana Shopping Center. Although, if the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, you will be issued store credit or refund for the out of stock item.
